Ensuring that a facility is safe, competitive and attractive cannot always be accomplished by regular updates and maintenance. In situations where extensive renovations are needed, the Alpha Gam FHC has embarked on large renovation and rebuilding projects.
EPSILON - University of Kentucky
The Epsilon Chapter house reopened in Spring 2021. This $5M renovation accommodates 50 live-in members and includes an addition onto the back of the house, two dedicated study spaces, a craft room, an elevator, and many more new features. However, the home includes many special pieces of chapter and facility history, such as the original staircase.
