The FHC is prepared to invest the time and funds necessary to make quality improvements to our chapter homes from paint and flooring to foundation repairs and major additions.
The FHC takes full responsibility for the management of all local staff from hiring and retention, to payroll and tax filings.
At FHC properties, systems are in place to ensure that both routine and unforeseen maintenance is taken care of swiftly by trusted, local vendors.
Each FHC chapter is assigned a Regional Property Manager who is on call twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Property managers maintain constant contact with their chapter to ensure that all property-related functions are carried out and all chapter needs are met.
