DELTA ALPHA–THE UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

$4.1M renovation of this home included a re-envisioning of the facade and a down-to-the-studs renovation allowing for a light, bright interior design with elegant accents.

UPSILON–THE UNIVERSITY OF OKLAHOMA

$6.5M renovation and addition that includes a basement chapter with seating for 250, a craft room, a workout room, two make-up room, second and third floor laundry rooms and plenty of room for common and study spaces.

DELTA EPSILON–THE UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA, LOS ANGELES
$1.8M renovation of this home near the glamorous Hollywood Hills features the restoration of much of the home’s 1928 opulence. One of its most stunning features is a private outdoor patio with lounge seating.
BETA DELTA–INDIANA UNIVERSITY

$5M renovation and expansion of this home included a re-envisioned facade and the addition of a third floor with bed space for 122 members. Light and bright spaces and state-of-the-art security cover every inch of this home.

EPSILON NU–THE UNIVERSITY OF CENTRAL OKLAHOMA

$3.75M new build opportunity included digging a basement, adding a second floor and creating a bright, functional living areas with classic design elements.
