When you walk into an FHC house, you will know you are in an Alpha Gamma Delta home.
- Use of Fraternity colors: Much of our design incorporates a red, buff and/or green color palette.
- Fraternity symbolism: Subtle nods to the Alpha Gamma Delta annulets (circles) can be found throughout the FHC design.
- Purpose wall and Alpha Gam accents: Charters, armorial bearings and Purpose wall displays pay homage to the Fraternity history.
- Our design compliments any size space or architectural style.
- We highlight the current chapter members and the unique chapter history in our design.
- We have experience in the restoration of historic homes.
- We have a full-time interior designer on staff.
- We have toured hundreds of student homes across the country.
- We have redesigned existing spaces and constructed new spaces from the ground up.
- We work to ensure our homes meet the needs of the student. From technology to spaces that facilitate collaborative group work or quiet individual study.
- We listen to each chapter to understand how to best utilize their space.
- From “get-ready” rooms for hair and make-up to craft and exercise rooms, our spaces are both functional and fun.
Each FHC home has a dedicated space for a Purpose wall. The ‘Purpose’ outlines the values to which all Alpha Gamma Delta members should ascribe. These special words, written by our Founders, are daily reminders of our responsibilities to grow as individuals and contribute to the world around us.
